I had a wonderful opportunity to review the Public Education Vision Institute’s document for Creating a New Vision for Public Education in Texas. I jotted down some notes and answered a few questions at the end. I wanted to share my thoughts and concerns about each of the statements. I believe we are on the verge of an educational renaissance. We have an opportunity to redesign and recharge our educational system. It will just take a large group of people, with lots of tenacity and foresight, to do it.
